The program offers flexibility, allowing students to choose from 12 specialized majors, including Business Analytics, Project Management, Financial Technology, Finance, Investment and Financial Planning, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Management, Human Resources, Global Islamic Finance and Banking, Risk Management, and Business Analytics. Master in Management (MIM) caters to graduates who possesses at least a year of working experience,and it facilitates graduates in securing management related jobs. This programme prepares the students for managerial positions in business organisations and provide leadership expertise in managing organizational change and development to bring values to the organization.

MIM curriculum comprises of courses and seminars on personal development and leadership traits. The case studies provide helpful insights on how a person in leadership position solves management problems while managing the team and the organisation.

The school offers this programme in conventional and open distance larning modes.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field with minimum CGPA of 2.00 out of 4.00 or its equivalent qualifications as accepted by UNIRAZAK Senate. Applicants with a score of less than 2.50 will be assessed for entry via an interview session.
